This Is How I Roll

Residents from all three of our locations got together to engage in a wheely good time at the roller rink. Catch some pictures of them grabbing lunch together afterwards!

Spooky Season

Catch a glimpse of our ghouls and ghosts from all three homes out trick-or-treating and spending time with the neighborhood communities.

Fall Activities

See some of the Fall Festivities our residents have participated in over the past few months! Hayrides, corn mazes, pumpkin painting, and so much more!

Kings Island

Residents from all three Willow Branches locations were able to get together for a trip to Kings Island Amusement Park for the 50th Anniversary Celebration. The day was a great success with memories packed with adrenaline rush rides, great food, and bonding with friends and staff.

Easter Party

Residents from all three group home locations got together with staff to engage in some Easter party fun! Residents enjoyed a variety of food and snacks and were able to participate in games such as relay races, wheelbarrow races, cornhole, basketball, and more!

Spring Vibes

On one of the rare warm days during Ohio's winters, some of our residents enjoyed going to the park and grabbing lunch!

Skating Party!

The residents of all three Willow Branches of Healing homes got together to go roller skating at the Marietta roller rink. The residents had the opportunity to skate, interact with the other homes, and get a variety of snacks from the snack bar.

Let it Snow!

The residents of Willow Branches of Healing enjoy winter activities on their snow days off from school.

Holiday Festivities

Willow Branches of Healing residents enjoyed a multitude of activities over the Holiday season. Residents went on a shopping trip, decorated for the holidays, competed in a gingerbread house contest, and spent time doing holiday activities.

Movie Magic

Residents get to go out for a night on the town. Dinner followed by a movie of their choice. Can't forget the popcorn and snacks!

Trick or Treat

Residents of the different locations of Willow Branches interact with the community while trick or treating. In their own hand picked costumes they spend the day dressing up, watching movies, and going out for a night of candy filled fun.

Equine Therapy

Residents spend time learning how to properly care for and ride horses. This is also a therapy technique to allow the expansion of coping and relaxation skills.

The Farm at Walnut Creek

Willow Branches enjoyed their school free Presidents day at a local bowling alley. It was a strike!

Early Spring Fun

Girls from multiple houses used the beautiful early spring weather this year to get together, have a cook out, and explore the local scenery at the nearby dam.

Prom Night 2023

The girls had a great tim getting ready for and attending Prom this year!!

Good Friday Fun Day

The girls celebrated easter this year with pizza, candy, and plenty of prizes as they competed in games with staff and peers.

An Antique Day Out

Our girls took a trip to a local antique museum this past week. To top off the nostolgic adventure we swung by the old school Denny's for a family brunch on our way home.

Memorial Day Parade

The girls went out today to watch the local Memorial Day Parade and visit local vendors.

Getting a little wild

The girls spent today on a spontaneous trip to the local wild-life free roaming park, The Wilds.

A day by the lake

The girls enjoyed the summer sun on a trip to Blue Rock Park. From swimming to hiking the girls had a jam packed day of things to do.

Zoombezi Bay 2023

The girls from our Holmes road house worked hard over the last three weeks to beat the other two houses in a friendly cleaning contest... the prize? An all day trip to Zoombezi Bay! The girls did amazing during their victory outing and were excellent examples of perseverance among their peers.

A Fantastic Deerassic Adventure

A small lucky group of girls who have been on their best behavior recently have had a wonderful weekend watching deer in their natural habitat at Deerasic Park. Along with models and tons of knowledge about local wildlife, the girls also paddle boarded and Canoed to finish off their wild trip.

A Spooky Good Time 2023

The girls have began ringing in the season of horrors with a trip to our first haunted trail. Scares and screams galore.

After Death the movie outing

Our girls and staff all went out to see After Death at a local theater. Sometimes we all need a reminder of our purpose here on earth, and our work toward a greater purpose.

A Night of Lights

The girls enjoyed a frosty night out seeing local holiday lights. A great outing to get the mood set for the most wonderful time of the year.

Holiday Shopping Spree 2023

We headed out to Columbus this week for our annual Christmas shopping trip. The girls enjoyed shopping through multiple stores in uptown Polaris as they prepare for the big day.

Starting off 2024 in an Otherworld

Girls from the houses attended an outing recently to Columbus' exclusive art attraction; Otherworld. featuring a trippy ambiance and a full display of puzzles and local artists most intriguing designs, this was an experience to be wowed by.
